Home Refresh to Sell
I worked with the sellers to create a budget and identify the main areas of improvement to help get top dollar. We did a kitchen update: all new countertops, backsplash, sink, faucet, light fixtures, paint, new fridge and gas range. We painted the home throughout and replaced flooring, installing Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring throughout the main floor except for bedrooms. Updated light fixtures throughout and then prepared for the sale having the home professionally staged. I thoroughly enjoy creating a vision and then getting the expected results! We were under contract within a week and above list price.
