Washington Street ADU

Once the front house was renovated I was able to start the ADU, this was due to the City of Englewood's rules and regulations. We broke ground in August of 2021 and the project was completed by January of 2022. This is a 450 sq ft 1 bedroom 1 bathroom property with a full kitchen and laundry. I was also able to add a carport for parking that is enclosed on three sides.
