Converted Garage Addition
After completing the basement in-law suite, we turned to the backyard ADU. We rented out the basement suite to our niece during construction and set to work building an 850+ square foot 2 bed 2 bath property above a 2 car garage. This ADU also includes extra flex space next to the garage with access to the patio. Now, we have moved into this ADU and rent out the main house as an additional income stream.
