House Updates
The home was purchased in 2019 and then proceeded to gut the entire home to the studs. This property was purchased because of the large lot size (10,000+ sq ft) and the 2-car detached garage with an office and half bath. There was asbestos abatement that had to occur before we could start the demo. Once everything was gutted I worked with a contractor to do the renovation. I added a ½ bath and rearranged the full bath/laundry area as well as the openness of the home. This project was completed in April of 2021.
